TTA (Tibial Tuberosity Advancement). Used for: Torn cranial cruciate ligament (CCL). Also called dog ACL surgery, CCL surgery.
What it is
An alternative to TPLO for CCL tears. The surgeon moves the front of the tibia forward and holds it with a cage and plate, which changes the forces across the knee.
